Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This means any if seals are broken (including the child lock on the Eye, Lash & Brow Serum, or any the snipped label seals), we cannot accept the return.
Due to hygiene we do not accept returns/exchanges for our Lip Oils.
If you have an issue with the quality/condition of any products after the seals have been broken, or any product has been used, please contact us for assistance. Customer care is of utmost importance to us, so if you do have any queries please don’t hesitate to reach out.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, but these are not guaranteed:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Any items bought at a discount, if successfully returned, will only be refunded for the original purchase price/sale price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lilithnaturalbeauty.com and we will confirm the return address.
Gifts
If any items are bought as a gift and a refund is requested, the refund will go through to the original payment method.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email us at info@lilithnaturalbeauty.com as we will discuss the return process and return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We want you to love your Lilith Natural Beauty products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from our website.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must have at least 50% of its contents remaining.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- We may request photographs of the product before approving a refund.
- The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and applies only to the first unit of each product purchased.
Exclusions
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or stockists.
- Products that have been completely used or are substantially empty.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or discontinued items.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage.
Returns
Where a return is required, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where excessive use, fraudulent activity, or abuse of this policy is suspected.
