Delivery Policy

Overview:

All products are small batch, handmade by Maddie at her home. Any orders placed will be posted within 24-48 hours of order. If it will take any longer than the expected 24-48 hours, we will be in touch; the reasons it may take longer than 24-48 hours to post are as follows:

  • We have ran out of the specific product you have ordered and Maddie needs to make a batch. She works another job so her “making days” are either weekends (if she does not have a market), Mondays, or Tuesdays.
  • We are away on holiday (However this will be broadcast over social media, emails, and website banners, and we may even temporarily close online orders).
  • We are away for an event linked to Lilith Natural Beauty.

If any of the above reasons occur, we sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused and we will have your box of items in the post as soon as possible!

Any orders placed Friday evening are not guaranteed to be posted Saturday mornings as both Sarah and Maddie do regular Saturday markets. Getting to a post office before the weekend closure/final pickup may not be possible.

All items are sent Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked, so if you would like the tracking number send us an email on info@lilithnaturalbeauty.com with your order number and delivery address so we can provide the tracking number for you.

On the odd occasion, we may use Evri (or another provider) tracked postage, depending on our location and which postage methods are available at the time. Our highest priority is getting your box of goodies to you as soon as possible!

If your parcel has not arrived, it has been over a week since your order and you are concerned of its whereabouts, please email us on info@lilithnaturalbeauty.com and we will supply tracking information and discuss the potential arrival date.
