The whipped shea butter has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which help to prevent acne and promote skin regeneration. The retinoids in rosehip oil prevents blackheads, and the linoleic acid can shrink pimples and fade scars.
Grapefruit oil is rich in vitamin C and calms inflammation, increases cellular turnover, helping to unclog pores. Ylang Ylang is purifying, with potent anti-bacterial properties. Ylang Ylang and Jojoba oil both work wonders to regulate your sebum production making it a great cream for those with oily or dry skin.
For an extra touch of skincare magic, we’ve added Spirulina, enhancing the cream’s topical benefits for reducing acne, whilst giving it a delightful cool green tone.
Our formula includes natural SPF ingredients, making it an ideal base for your makeup routine. However, it is not a replacement for sunscreen.

DIRECTIONS: Use a small amount and warm up between your fingers for a few seconds until it melts into a spreadable consistency. Tap onto different parts of your face and neck, and then massage into your skin using upwards circular motions.

This is my second time using the Grapefuit and Ylang-ylang facial moisturiser after being gifted a sample for Christmas and loving it, I love a dewy complexion and this cream delivers, a little bit goes a long way, deeply moisturising whilst not clogging my pores and really helps clear up my acne, all this with no nasty ingredients and creulty free! I can’t see myself using another brand now, thank you!

I find this cream to be really versatile. Mostly, I use it for dry skin on my knuckles and elbows for which it is very effective. I apply it to stubborn acne which has been more of an issue for me, post pandemic. Sometimes, I use it just for the invigorating aroma for the sheer pleasure.

As others have said the main benefit I found from this product was the versatility. I get quite dry skin on my elbows and I found this to be really effective at reducing the flakiness and sometimes soreness that comes with it.
I have acne prone, very oily skin and can be very sensitive to a lot of products but even with continued use (around 2 months now) I’ve found it to be really gentle on the skin.
A little goes a really long way, just make sure you’re warming it up between the tips of your fingers before and you can cover a really large area. A pea size amount tends to cover my whole face.
I normally use this at night as I find it’s quite heavy but it’s so effective at restoring hydration, which makes it really good for overnight restoration.
I also found it really useful when I was on holiday, as my skin tends to get quite damaged in the sun, but using this seemed to help reduce any redness or dryness that came with sun exposure. It also works really well with spf and reduces the white cast you sometimes get from spf products.
I have a lot of acne scarring and the hydration element of this does appear to be helping with reducing this.
Overall a really lovely product and I will be restocking once I’ve finished!

I have been using this night and day on both my face and neck now for several weeks. It is moisturizing and, most importantly, does not break out my oily skin! The scent is soft and I enjoy the little ritual of melting it between my fingers before gently massaging it all over. I will repeat what I said in my review of the matching cleanser, I had a milium on my face that was very stubborn, would not go away no matter what for months and month. Two weeks after using Lilith skin care, it is gone. I am so happy to be using natural skin care again!
